For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 35 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 35-UFBGA, DSBGA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v.
