LT1009IDG4 Overview


A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Fixed, Shunt.The 8 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.4%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.8 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins that are settled.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.A maximum voltage of 2.5V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 400μA.Its lowest voltage output is 2.5V.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 2.5V is output.For better results, it should have +/-5 PERCENT ADJUSTABLE REFERENCE VOLTAGE.
