The MSP430TM ultra-low-power (ULP) FRAM platform combines a distinctive embedded FRAM with an all-encompassing ultra-low-power system architecture, enabling innovators to boost performance at reduced energy constraints. FRAM technology combines flash dependability and stability with the speed, adaptability, and endurance of SRAM at a substantially lower power cost.
A variety of devices with FRAM, the ULP 16-bit MSP430 CPU, and intelligent peripherals aimed at various applications make up the MSP430 ULP FRAM portfolio. The ULP architecture features seven low-power modes that are designed to extend battery life in applications with limited energy resources.
