MSP430G2210ID Description
The MSP430G2210ID is a 16-MHz MCU with 2-KB Flash, 128-B SRAM, comparator, timer. The Texas Instruments MSP430? family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consists of a number of components with varied peripherals geared toward diverse applications. In portable measurement applications, the architecture is tailored to achieve longer battery life through the use of five low-power modes. The system includes a potent 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that help the code run as efficiently as possible.
In less than 1 μs, the digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) enables wake-up from low-power modes to active mode.
An ultra-low-power mixed signal microcontroller with four I/O pins and a built-in 16-bit timer is the MSP430G22x0 series. The MSP430G2230 also includes a 10-bit A/D converter and built-in connectivity using synchronous protocols (SPI or I2C). There is a flexible analog comparator in the MSP430G2210.
