OPA172IDCKR Description
The OPA172IDCKR is a 36-V, Single-Supply, 10-MHz, Rail-to-Rail Output Operational Amplifiers. A family of 36-V, single-supply, low-noise operational amplifiers called OPA172, OPA2172, and OPA4172 (OPAx172) may function with supplies ranging from +4.5 V (2.25 V) to +36 V (18 V). Together with the OPAx171 and OPAx170, this most recent release of high-voltage CMOS operational amplifiers offers a family of bandwidth, noise, and power options to suit the requirements of a wide range of applications. The micropackaged OPAx172 devices have minimal offset, drift, and quiescent current. These devices also have a high output current drive capability, a wide bandwidth, and a quick slew rate. For optimum design flexibility, the single, twin, and quad versions all share the same specs.
The OPAx172 series is specified from +4.5 V to +36 V, in contrast to the majority of op-amps, which are specified at just one supply voltage. Phase reversal is not caused by input signals that extend past the supply rails. During typical operation, the input can be 100 mV below the negative rail and within 2 V of the top rail. Be aware that these devices have reduced performance within 2 V of the top rail but can operate with full rail-to-rail input of 100 mV beyond the top rail.
