In order to protect the op amps, a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Cut Tape (CT) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 10 terminations this year. In total, there are 10 pins on this op amp ic. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. To be specific, this instrumentation amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier.
