Packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. Op amps are Voltage Feedback types of amplifier on the chip. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8.
