OPA2677HG3 Overview
There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the Current Feedback type. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins.
