OPA301AIDR Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. An op amp of this type is a Voltage Feedback-type. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. We are approaching the 8h termination of the year. There are a total of 8 pins on this op amp.
