OPA4376AIPWR Description


The OPA376 family is a new generation of low-noise operational amplifiers with e-trim that provide exceptional dc precision and ac performance. This part's rail-to-rail input and output, low offset (maximum of 25 V), low noise (maximum of 7.5 nV/Hz), the quiescent current of 950 A (maximum), and 5.5-MHz bandwidth make it ideal for a variety of precision and portable applications. Furthermore, this device has a large supply range and good PSRR, making it suitable for applications that run straight from batteries without regulation.


MicroSIZE SC70-5, SOT-23-5, and SOIC-8 packages are available for the OPA376 (single version). The OPA2376 (dual) is available in three packages: DSBGA-8, VSSOP-8, and SOIC-8. TSSOP-14 packaging is available for the OPA4376 (quad). All models are rated for temperatures ranging from –40°C to +125°C.
