OPA544T Description
OPA544 is a high-voltage / high-current operational amplifier suitable for driving a variety of high-power loads. The high performance FET operational amplifier circuit and the high power output stage are integrated on a single chip. OPA544 is protected by internal current limiting and overheating turn-off circuit. OPA544 offers industry-standard 5-to 220-lead and 5-lead surface mount power packages. Its copper sheet can be easily installed on the radiator to achieve excellent heat dissipation performance. It is designated to operate in an extended industrial temperature range from-40 °C to + 85 °C.
