REF1112AIDBZR Description
The two-terminal shunt reference device REF1112AIDBZR was created for applications that require little power and little room. The REF1112AIDBZR is an enhanced, lower power alternative for designs that currently use voltage references in larger packages, including the REF1004 and LT1004, with an operating current of 1 A in a SOT23-3 device. The operating range of the REF1112AIDBZR is -40°C to +125°C, with a specified temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The TLV349x micropower voltage comparator, the OPA349 and TLV240x low-power operational amplifiers, and other 1-A components from Texas Instruments are all complemented by the REF1112AIDBZR.
