SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.REF1941 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.4.096V voltage lower than 4.096V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 5.5V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 4.116V~5.5V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 360μA.Current supply is 460μA.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 4.096V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 4.116V voltage at the very least.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has INPUT VOLTAGE MAX:6V.
