REF3025AIDBZR Description

The REF3025AIDBZR is a precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage available in a tiny 3-pin SOT-23 package. While operating at a quiescent current of 42 A, the REF3025AIDBZR provides outstanding temperature drift and initial accuracy (typical).
The REF3025AIDBZR is ideal for loop-powered industrial applications such as pressure and temperature transmitters because of its low power consumption and relatively good precision.
