REF3030AIDBZRG4 Overview
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.2%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "REF3030, you can find more relevant parts.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 25mA.Its lowest voltage output is 3V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.A 3.05V~5.5V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.Idling uses 42μA.There is 50μA current supplied to it.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?3V matter what the external conditions are, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 3V.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 3.001V voltage to run.A current greater than 50μA may lead to improper operation and possibly damage to parts.
