A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.2%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.25V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "REF3112, you can find more relevant parts.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.A maximum voltage of 1.25V is generated by it.Its lowest voltage output is 1.25V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Supplying it with 1.8V volts is the minimum voltage required.A 1.8V~5.5V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.Idling uses 100μA.There is 135μA current supplied to it.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?1.25V matter what the external conditions are, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 1.25V.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 1.3V voltage to run.For better results, it should have OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE FROM 1.2475V TO 1.2525V.A current greater than 100μA may lead to improper operation and possibly damage to parts.
