REF3133AIDBZRG4 Overview


A handy SOT-23 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with 0.2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3.3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 10mA.The maximum output voltage is 3.3V.There is 3.3V voltage output lower than 3.3V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 5.5V.The supply voltage must be 5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 3.3V.Idle parts use 100μA.The supply current is 135μA.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 3.35V voltage at least.If the current is greater than 100μA, the voltage reference ic may be damaged or improperly operated.
