SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.25V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.REF3212 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.25V.Since the part's max input voltage is 5.5V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 1.8V~5.5V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 100μA.It operates on a supply current of 135μA for its operation.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 1.25V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 1.8V voltage at the very least.In case of a current exceeding 120μA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
