A handy package called SOT-23 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel variable is used in this program.The 6 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3.3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.6 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins that are settled.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 3.3V is output.Idling uses 100μA.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 3.35V voltage to run.0.2% is the voltage reference ic's maximum inaccuracy.A current greater than 120μA may lead to improper operation and possibly damage to parts.
