REF3425IDBVR Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 250.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF3425".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.It must be supplied with a voltage of 3V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3V~12V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 95μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 2.50125V.Among the REF34xx series of gadgets, it is a camera.
