SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.05% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.REF3450 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 5.5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 6V~12V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.It operates on a supply current of 95μA for its operation.It is tested at 5.0025V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is a gadget in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, REF34xx series.
