REF5040IDR Overview
A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.05% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 4.096V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "REF5040" for other relevant parts.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 10mA.The maximum output voltage is 4.096V.There is 4.096V voltage output lower than 4.096V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 18V.To supply it, a voltage of 2.7V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.296V~18V.Idle parts use 800μA.The supply current is 1.2mA.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 4.096V.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 4.296V voltage at least.
