REG102UA-2.5G4 Description


REG102UA-2.5G4 is a type of 250 mA low-noise low-dropout linear regulator with low ground pin current. A significant improvement over previous designs can be provided based on its new DMOS topology, including low dropout voltage (only 150mV typ at full load) and better transient performance. Compared with conventional low-dropout regulators, it requires no output capacitor for stability. A suite of protection functions is provided, including thermal protection, foldback current limit, etc.
