REG71050DDCR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER voltage regulator. There is a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz.
