It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V.
