The package 64-LFBGA contains this file embedded in it. I have packaged it in a way that is similar to Bulk's. A 16-Bit circuit is used for achieving its superior flexibility as a result of its use of 16-Bit circuits. As far as the logic type of this electrical device is concerned, it is Universal Bus Transceiver. I have mounted this electronic part in the way of Surface Mount in this way. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C~85°C. In addition, 24mA 24mA features the highest level of flexibility in its design due to its high and low output currents. An FPGA belonging to the SCAN series is a type of FPGA. There is a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V that it operates on. SCANH16602 family is the family in which it belongs. It is possible to use 64 terminations, which are the ends of a transmission line which should be connected to a device whose characteristic impedance matches that of the transmission line. For normal operation, the supply voltage must be kept above 3V in order for the device to function properly. In this case, the electronic part is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. 64 pins are used in the design of this board.
