The package 64-LFBGA contains this file embedded in it. I have packaged it in a way that is similar to Bulk's. It is possible to use 64 terminations, which are the ends of a transmission line which should be connected to a device whose characteristic impedance matches that of the transmission line. For normal operation, the supply voltage must be kept above 3V in order for the device to function properly.
