SN6505BQDBVRQ1 Description
The SN6505BQDBVRQ1 is a low-noise, low-EMI push-pull transformer driver that was intended primarily for the tiny form factor, isolated power supply. It is powered by a 2.25 V to 5 V DC power source and drives low-profile, centre-tapped transformers. The output switch voltage is slew rate controlled, and Spread Spectrum Clocking is used to achieve very low noise and EMI (SSC). The SN6505BQDBVRQ1 is made up of an oscillator and a gate drive circuit that gives complementary output signals to ground-referenced N-channel power switches.
