LED drivers with the enhanced 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.This receiver is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.The Transceiver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.In terms of power supply, this differential driver utilizes 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V.Up to 1/1 receivers/drivers can be installed simultaneously on this electronic part.This ic receiver has been primarily designed for applications where the operating temperature is -40°C~105°C.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 24V can operate efficiently.This integrated circuit has 20 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.This part number 65HVD102 can be used to search for more variants based on the product type, temperature, package, etc.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.There is a voltage supply of 5V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated.On the integrator circuit are embedded 1 drivers.Using the input voltage of 20mA, this integrating circuit is capable of driving LEDs with an output voltage of 12 volts.can transceivers with an input current greater than 2mA may have malfunctions.
