SN74AC241NE4 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 2 elements are put into use. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V. Transceiver shares the AC family's comprehensive benefits and features. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 4μA. It is recommended to use a 3.3/5V power supply. Logical driver features OUTPUT ENABLE ACTIVE HIGH FOR ONE FUNCTION to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 24mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -24mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. It is sufficient to make 8 outputs. ENABLE LOW/HIGH control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
