The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. The part must have a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended.
