The flip flop is packaged in TSSOP. Currently, there are 20 terminations. The D flip flop is powered by a voltage of 3.3V . Devices in the AHC/VHC/H/U/Vfamily are electronic devices. It is recommended that the operating temperature be below 125°C. Ideally, the operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. A minimum supply voltage of 2V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. It is possible to achieve 115MHz frequencies. It uses a logic IC with a BUS DRIVER value. A total of 1 functions are available on the T flip flop. There are 20 pins on the D latch. This flip flop features a maximum design flexibility due to its output current of 8mA.
