SN74HC125NE4 Overview


The PDIP package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Rail/Tube external package is used. We use all 4 elements. The ethernet transceiver has 14 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 5V. Electronic parts from the HC/UH family are used in this part. A total of 14 pins are included with the electric component. This logical driver can be used in Through Hole different applications. The pin count is 14. 2 ports are included in this logic device. Each element uses 1 bits. As long as the electronic component is in the quiescent state, it uses 8μA. When running the electronic part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply 5V supply voltage. Operating temperatures as low as -40°C are possible. No more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature when automotive buffer is operating. In its low-level output mode, it outputs 7.8mA. When operating in high-level output mode, the electronic component can conduct up to -7.8mA. At the very least, the voltage used to operate this electrical component should be at least 2V.
