SN74HC14APWRG4 Overview
The part comes in TSSOP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In total, 14 terminations have occurred. A device cannot function in an environment that exceeds 85°C. Based on test statistics, the part's minimal operating temperature would be -40°C. It is not recommended for users to supply devices with voltage exceeding 6V in normalcircumstances. There should be 2V voltage fed to the part below 2V.
