This driver chip is excellent for driving common LEDs due to its enhanced 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package.There is a Cut Tape (CT) package for this receiver.The Driver can transceiver technology has enabled this part to power many solutions for a variety of uses.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.It takes 4.75V~5.25V from the power supply to run this differential driver.It is possible to have up to 2/0 receivers/drivers in use simultaneously with this electronic part.As its name implies, this ic receiver is designed for applications where 0°C~70°C is the operating temperature.Wide receiver can operate within the range of 5V supply voltages efficiently.Integrated into this wide receiver are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.A package consisting of 16 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.With the part number SN75113 identifying the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can search with it to see more variants.16-pin driver IC with improved power dissipation control.A dramatic reduction in package size is achieved through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 5V.IC5V is a high performance driver IC designed to work with a 5V power supply.On the integrator circuit, there are 2 drivers embedded.Integrating circuits from the 75000 series are power-saving integrating circuits.
