As low as possible, the voltage source of the clock divider can be 4.5V. The supply voltage should be kept at 5V in order to obtain maximum efficiency. The clock divider consumes 100mA quiescent current and does not react to external factors. There is a configuration of 4 bits for this clock divider. A total of 2 ports have been configured on it. The total number of elements in it is 2. In order to configure the output, we use TTL as the output value.
