A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months.
