In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the J-FET-type. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. The number of terminations approaches 14. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 15V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
