TL074IDRE4 Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. 14 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. There is an input offset voltage of 6mV for this buffer op amp. The mounting type that is recommended for this electrical part is Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, this op amp functions well at -40°C~85°C. It is possible to operate this buffer amplifier from a supply current of 1.4mA . There should be no change in the voltage gain at 106.02dB. There are 4 elements in total in this linear amplifier. The operating supply voltage of instrumentation amplifier is rated 18V voltage. The linear amplifier is packaged by using a TR axis.
