With a 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 3.6V~50V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~85°C TA is the -20°C~85°C TArm. Switching can be done at 1kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control for efficient switching control.
