Description
The TL1963ADCQR is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a quick transient response. With a dropout voltage of 340 mV, the device can supply 1.5 A of output current. In operation, the quiescent current is 1 mA, while in shutdown, it is less than 1 μA. Quiescent current is well-controlled, and unlike many other regulators, it does not rise with dropout. The TL1963ADCQR regulator offers a very low output noise in addition to a fast transient response, making it perfect for delicate RF supply applications.
