A handy package called SOT-23-5 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.225V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.5 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.12mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 12mA.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.Generally, the cathode current should be 60μA.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 1.225V is output.
