SOP is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have 1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.495V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 600μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.495V.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 36V is outputted.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE FROM 2.495V TO 36V.
