TL431AIDE4 Overview


SOIC is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have 1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.495V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 700μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.495V.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 36V is outputted.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE FROM 2.495V TO 36V.In case of a current exceeding 100mA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
