TL431TDA2 Overview


Die is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 4.The voltage reference should have ±2.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 0 pins is settled.TL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 25°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 25°C.
