TL494CDG4 Product Details

TL494CDG4 Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 7V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 1kHz~300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Dead Time Control, Frequency Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 15V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. TL494 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. The switching converter has a total of 16 pins. There is a particular type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in switching converter. It is recommended to use 7V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. According to the test statistics, DC regulator outputs 40V voltage. A starting point for a project is to note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current, which is 200mA. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 45 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. A frequency of 300kHz is used by the switching controller. Voltage 15V must be supplied.
