TL497ACDRE4 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOIC package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. DC DC switching regulator's 500mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
