The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 3.6V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 20kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
