TL5001CPSR Overview

Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Cut Tape (CT) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 3.6V~40V and has a 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for a -20°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 20kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
