TL751L10QP Description


Fixed-output voltage regulators in the TL750L and TL751L series come in 5-V, 8-V, 10-V, and 12-V configurations. The enable (ENABLE) input is likewise a part of the TL751L series. The regulator output is set to a high-impedance condition when ENABLE is high. As a result, the designer has total control over emergency shutdown, power down, and power up.

Low-dropout positive voltage regulators with a focus on battery-powered systems include the TL750L and TL751L series. To protect the devices and the regulated system, these devices have internal reverse-battery protection circuitry, overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry, and both. The series is completely protected from reverse-battery and 60-V load-dump circumstances. These devices are perfect for standby power systems due to their extremely low quiescent current under full load.
