It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 10kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 1.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is -Vin 2Vin. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible.
